Flower and Garden Festival/Art in the Park Charles returns for the 15th Annual Flower and Garden Festival. He has been invited each year to participate in the plein air paint out event where sixteen artist paint in four countries around Epcot. It is exciting to watch the artists at work in such a beautiful setting. Winter Park Paint Out Join Charles and other plein air artist for the first Winter Park Paint Out.
